NAMES 'Bullet' Bob Hayes, the Olympic gold-medal sprinter andformer Dallas Cowboys star who was once considered the world'sfastest man, died at age 59. Hayes died of kidney failure at ShandsHospital in Jacksonville, Fla., late Wednesday, his daughter, WestineLodge, said.
